In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to prompt AI to turn information you're already using into practical tools for sign projects, customer communication, and day-to-day work. When you register, you'll receive two ISA resources: the Sign Code Summary Form and the Project Management Risk Ready Checklist. During the workshop, we'll use these as a starting point to show you how to use AI to research sign codes, organize projects, and create customer communications. You'll learn how to customize these and other resources to develop tools your team can use right away. Along the way, you'll learn prompting techniques that go beyond simple questions and help you get more accurate, useful responses to real-world challenges. You'll leave with practical examples, reusable prompts, and ideas you can apply immediately with your team.
